Stock Controller

Job Description

• Ensuring that the company’s stock level meet business needs.
• Overseeing the purchasing and pricing report, replenishing levels when necessary, and monitoring stock in/out or internal transfer between departments within one business enterprise.
• Coordinating stock control operation with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance department.
• Analyzing the supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
• Evaluate vendors and supplier’s offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices.
• Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, code, boxing, and labelling.
• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
• Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.
• Prepare report daily, weekly, monthly to line manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting and management or related fields.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years in experience.
• Good knowledge in English (Reading, Writing, and Listening).
• Good knowledge in PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email).
• Be able to work spare shift if any require.
• Knowledge in stock controlling skill.
• Good communication and problem-solving skill.
• Be honest and heard working.
